Problem 1: Given FEN string

Then it's mate in 4, not in 3





Problem 2: Given the board position alone

Analysis: From the position alone it's not clear whether white still can castle
or not.

case a: assuming white can still castle
Then it's mate in 3

case b: assuming white can longer castle
Then it's mate in 4

Solution: Depending on whether white can still castle or not, it's either a mate
in 3 or a mate in 4.

While I have no problem with the problems mentioned above, your problem more
looks like:

1. Fix the 'bug' in my problem
2. Solve the fixed problem
