Unknown factors for the program such as HW speed, opening book, style settings may play a role. Also, most of the programs play very well when the programmer controls these factors, a different operator can mean lost points for the program. Operators are also known to offer draws to the GM. This might be an opportunity for GM Gulko as black with solid play. Stay out of time trouble as Ed posted earlier. Finally, GM Gulko will have white for 4 points and black for 4 points. He may hold his own or close to it as black and could score even or slightly higher as white, so solid play, patience, and playing his game and not the programs will be important factors as well. Time control and variety of prgrams favor the machines, but I do not know enough about the match to make a reliable estimate. So go GM Gulko!
