What do the gurus such as Dr.Bob, Don Dailey, and the rest think of alternative search methods such as 'Best Play for Imperfect Players' (each node contains not only a static eval but also an estimate of the node's future worth after it has been expanded, that estimate coming from built-in game playing experience) and B* Hitech? I notice those two methods aren't exactly prominent in the winner's circle, but it could be they are too new, still have bugs but show promise, or simply are still under wraps.... Thanks, Bruce
