Subject: Best Internet Chess connection

I am trying to decide if I should become a member of ICC or Kasparov chess site.
 From a chess computer persective as well as general playing perspective what
are the pros and cons of these two sites.  For example I clearly can see that
more people seem to be on ICC vs Kasparovs site.  I also see that I can get in
many cases computer evaluations from others on big chess matches.  Any help
would be appreciated.
