Hmm. Karpov. Yes indeed. But 1... Re8 is still a stone killer move. Forcing huge material losses. And the same type of positions as the 1... Rxd4 variation. Except that black will have even more material to chase the white king.1... Rxd4 is something I would play in a bullet game. MvH Dan Andersson
