Yes, on the third move there are two equivalent options. You either give space
to avoid the stalemate with a king or a pawn. I noticed that because
the second one you give is the one I found by myself and the first one
is the one that CM found. It is a pitty that a black pawn has to end in d3 (b1=Q
would check a king on g6), otherwise the solution will be unique along the 19
moves...
