Ed is one of the pioneers in computer verses GM matches. Ed is very helpful, even to whinging twits. Ed is an all-around nice guy. Of all the commercial programmers, definitely Ed and Christophe contribute the most here, with Amir Ban third. None of the other commercial programmers put in much of a showing. SMK posts here once in a while. The others very rarely or not at all. Ed has volunteered his time as a moderator of CCC, which is a thankless job. If there were no Ed, we would certainly want to try to invent one. ;-)
