Subject: Possible raise conditions with xboard/winboard interface?

Hi

I remember reading some CCC posts about possible raise conditions between
xboard/winboard and engines, especially at the start/end of the game. Are they
still relevant in the latest release 4.2.6, and if so, what are they? I'd prefer
to handle these cases now, since otherwise they will show up at the first
"important" game my engine plays. I can't run any of the provided programs to
search in the CCC archive, so if you still remember one of the problems, I'd be
glad to hear about them. Thanks! :)
