Anyone understand what I am talking about? > >Paul I am in the fortunate position that i work from home, but i understand what you say and i understand that this can be difficult, but if you look at how indulging in compchess before work makes you feel, maybe there is a little trick you can use, it sounds really simple, but here goes: use how putting compchess before work influences, not only your work but your emotions, as a motivation to change your priority, simply view it as a "treat" that you award yourself with after you have finished work, it can be helpful to keep in mind that the longer you are away from the community, the more info there will be when you the "treat" yourself to a dose of CCC :) If i start the day by cleaning (My office and then my harddisk in that order) record some tracks, work with design and paint on my paintings, then the satisfaction of "saving the best for last" is that much sweeter and i don't get to a point where i get out of sync with my work, and get frustrated over that.
