I play only humans on ICC and can say this. I know when a title player is playing with his "mind" because my chess program will rarely predict ponder moves during the middle game. Now this is not always the case but is usually the case most of the time. I usually win a string of games then will loose the last few games before they stop playing my account. "Make up for the loss points"... I do find this interesting but also feel the GM is stepping_up_playing_ style because he(GM) realizes the decrease in points being lost.. At least I hope this is the case!!
