They each cost me less than $300.00 to upgrade (MB/CPU/Fan). I used my old SDRAM and added a little more. When you get to 2800Mhz you will be about 2X faster than me and gain about 50-60 ELO. Be sure to weigh this against your pocketbook unless money is no object. :-) Jim
