I think the cheapest I have seen one is about $700 for 9GB. Have fun with that. ;) I always said I would never go from 1.53Ghz to 1.6Ghz on my machine, but I did. It cost me $12. Only reason I did it, two people I work with bought my 1.53's. Upgrading is a bitch now. (4 10k RPM 36.4GB SCSI drives) and 5 PCI slots full. When I put my case on, I want it to be a LONG time before I take it off again.
