I understand.
My work is addictive by definition (I do research on biochemistry)
and I cannot and should not stop thinking about it. It is important to find
a balance, sometimes is difficult. In a way, you cannot come up with new ideas
if you are not really focused on the problem.
Chess programming is, I think, addictive too. Now I have two addictions :-)
I can use chess programming to disconnect me from the first addiction (work).
It is ok as long as it does not take over :-)

chess, computers, internet are 3 things that are potentially addictive.
I guess that the combination of three could be explosive.

Miguel
