Hit the workplace with a smile, and a real determination to get the job done! Attitude is key! When your at work, make sure you're b-u-s-y, and not alone. Now you don't have _time_ to get on the internet, let alone read through CCC. Your co-workers will help keep your on the right track (can't let them see you just wasting time, surfing the internet, right?) When you're back home, NOW give yourself a reward, and surf for ONE hour (or less), but _No_ more. Enjoy your addiction at that time. Revel in it, even, but for ONE hour only. It's when you're bored, alone, not doing the things you really want to be doing, that's ALWAYS when temptation for ANY weakness will grow suddenly strong, and really quite irresistable. Dave
