Subject: Hiarcs 7.32 Scores better on the Hedlund test than Junior 7

My question is how can one program such as Genius 6.5 can solve something a much
stronger program can't? Same goes for Hiarcs it plays positionally better
according to this test however it is clearly not better than Junior 7 in
Gameplay.   Can a test be designed to not only show which program is better
positionally but also which one is most likely the best in 40/2?
