Here are some of the formulas for the BT and BS tests available, on the Rebel
FAQ: http://www.rebel.nl/rebelfaq/rc3faq03.htm#BT_TESTS
For the other tests I don't think you can compute any approximate rating with
them. Maybe that is on purpose, as these ratings can not be very accurate
anyway. According to Ed Schröder accurate within plus or minus 200 points..
