If you think that the adapters are giving the strength to DS, then you should
try DS + UCI2WB + in between + WB2UCI + Inbetween + UCI2WB + in between + WB2UCI
And if you continue to see improvements do not stop, try

DS + UCI2WB + in between + WB2UCI + Inbetween + UCI2WB + in between + WB2UCI
Inbetween + UCI2WB + in between + WB2UCI + Inbetween + UCI2WB + in between +
WB2UCI + UCI2WB + in between + WB2UCI + Inbetween + UCI2WB + in between + WB2UCI
+ UCI2WB + in between + WB2UCI + Inbetween + UCI2WB + in between + WB2UCI

It might really be stronger.

To make the match fair, you can also add 64 adapters linked serially to
Chessmaster. It is not fair to "enhance" DS and not CM. In fact,
at one point you may want to match only the adapters and not the engines, just
as a control. Maybe all the strength comes from the adapters.

Miguel
PS: Of course, I assume that you checked already that DS is not trying to use
two threads rather than one and that the adapters are not taking any CPU and
that the nps of both programs are what it is expected to be.
