I like Tiger and use it to "blundercheck" my correspondence games. Perhaps any program could do such a simple purpose well, but I feel very comfortable with Tiger. The one flaw I've noticed is a lack of consideration in endgames as to the drawing tendencies of bishops of opposite colors. Another consideration is that with more pieces left, those drawing tendencies are also less. I believe if a program could somehow evaluate that more clearly, it would play much stonger in endgames. I have no ideas how hard such a concept might be to program. Good luck with Tiger 15 - I think you have a great product.
