Subject: OT: Does Anyone Know Exactly What "devldrv16" Is?

I'm asking as my sister's computer won't load into windows, and displys this
message in a system box while tring to boot along with a trial version of
Norton's Internet Secuities she put about 3 weeks ago.  Very bizzare!
I know it starts windows but doesn't complete the task, no Icons no Start Menu,
it can't be used!

I think it may be a device driver but am at a loss to help her.

Her OS is Windows ME

So can anyone identify this? devldrv16
