Thanks to the people who have tried to help with their suggestions.

I know what the problem is, Norton's Internet Security, has LOCKED her out of
her own COMPUTER!

devldrv16 really isn't important, it's Norton's Internet Security locking her
out as soon as the sound starts in the boot. So devldrv16 of course is bieng
displayed as her sound drivers are SoundBlaster.

Here's the BIG problem, her computer is a Net Vista IBM and to me it appears
she'll have to use the Recovery Disk and start from scratch!

IBM's are good machines but when it come to software they SUCK as everthing is
intergrated on the Recovery CD, the OS Everything Important is on the Product
Recoverey and that means All Data Will Be Lost!

She has to set it back the way it was from the factory.

She can't access DOS it's a MESS and it is Definately Norton's Internet Security
Trial Version that has Locked her Access to Windows out!

Damn! So who can figure this one out? Norton's/Symantec is unavailble till
tomorrow by phone, and I doubt they have any good answers:(

Terry
