Kurt, I don't quite understand the InBetween.ini example. some numbers
correspond exactly to the CM_8777 settings above, like sel=12 and rnd=0. But
with others I don't understand the relation.

For example opn=121 => myn=121 => 3.9 and at the same time opr=121 => myr=121
=> 6.5? Can you explain? Thanks.
