If you have to enter the moves manually I'd use a Pocket PC- or Palm program, because a stylus is more convenient than a mouse. My suggestion is (of course) PocketGrandmaster (http://www.pocketgrandmaster.com), because it allows to enter moves with a single tap, when there is only one legal move to or from the tapped square. The free demo-version of PocketGrandmaster allows you to enter and save games, so you could just give it a try! Alternatively you could enter the moves in a texteditor and use chess software to make sure you only entered legal moves.
