Incorrect. The King will allocate exactly the number of bytes in the tts command
for hash table size. If the value there is not a valid number (i.e. it is out of
range or it contains non-numeric characters), then TK will allocate the default
of 1MB. There is no command that will tell TK "allocate all you can get".
