If you have a Master analyzing your games and then makes some recommendations
such as you need more king protection or some other thing, then the programmer
can work on coding this function. The ability to see strengths and weaknesses is
one thing and to be able to program them in is another. Usually when someone
changes one thing in his evaluation code it sometimes affects other parts of his
code, so that some real deep thinking needs to be done.
Being able to work hand in hand with an expert, ie. a master, has got to give
you a great advantage, that is if you have the necessary skills to implement the
coding suggested.
