I disagree.  Gulko is an older man, and has nothing to prove.  He is not taking
this match as serious as he would say, an exhibition match with Kasparov or
Kramnik, where a LOT more "pride" is on the line.

My guess is no where near 100,000 people will be watching this match.  *MAYBE*
10,000.  And if he loses, he will simply blow it off to, "..it's a computer, I
am human.." just like Kasparov did when he lost 5 years ago.

My guess is, he gets paid one way or another.  99% of the people in this world
would not work as hard as they do, if they were guaranteed their money,
regardless of their performance.
