Pretty close, in ExaChess - text that it doesn't recognize
it encloses in brackets as a note. If you meant it to be moves,
fix the text, delete the brackets, and hit Return.

Once again - the author of Exachess started it because it was his
job, as secretary of an email chess association, to enter dozens
(hundreds?) of game scores, many with errors, and clean them up in PGN.

Sooo ... he developed this software in self-defense:
the original purpose of this software was to do exactly
what you need to do. And if you need more tips on how to make your
task easier, try a few games, and then (after checking the 110 page
online manual that comes with even the freeware version), email
the author with the things that give you trouble - I believe he
has massive personal experience with this sort of thing.
