No program. Just FEN notation preceded by a '[D]' tag.

The CCC server generates the diagrams that you see.

e.g.:

[D]rnbqkbnr/pppppppp/8/8/8/8/PPPPPPPP/RNBQKBNR w KQkq - 0 1
