In the israeli league 2 years ago a person with rating between 2100 and 2300
could get 3 draws against Fritz Junior and Rebel.

computers got better from that time but I believe that he still is going to get
more than 1 draw out of 1000 games.

I believe that a person with rating 2100-2300 may get at least one draw against
everyone including kasparov.

The probability of a player not to lose against a player that is rated 600
points higher is bigger than 1/1000.
