Gulko was not the one who made up this scale of measuring strength, anyhow it is
not a very good way of compairing computers to humans and i am sure that Gulko
more or less just threw out a number to answer this rather surreal question.
Why do you need to insult to get attention? is it a lack of interesting material
on your part or do you have a past here under a different handle?
