At lightning, humans are mere playthings to a computer. At blitz, computers dominate. At G/30 computers have an enormous advantage. At 40/2 I think the playing field is about level. At postal rates, the best humans (currently) have the upper hand. High rates of speed are the computer's ally and the human's enemy. All IMO-YMMV.
