I would avoid Tiger Direct like the plague. I have heard many horror stories about them. http://www.resellerratings.com/seller_info.pl?seller_id=1983 What to buy depends on what you need and want in a PC. Personally I would find a reputable local dealer and have one custom built. Outside of that look for a good support plan if you with something like Dell, Gateway, etc.
