AFAIK they test under the ChessBase interface, but not
with Shredder6.ctg.
I would be surprised if you could find SSDF games where
Shredder 6 played 1. b3

The reason it's named Shredder.ctg is most likely that
naming it Fritz.ctg would be even weirder.
The same thing was done with ChessTiger, i.e. the
ChessBase version does not include Jeroen Noomen's
book.
