Yes and it did not prevent tiger14 to get good results in the ssdf games Gambittiger used Jeroen Noomen's book if I rememebr correctly (I am sure that exactly one of the tigers used Jeroen Noomen's book) and there is no evidence that it plays better with the 'right' book.
