You have big positional bonuses so I am not surprised.
I do not have big positional bonuses and here is the evaluation of the latest
movei.

It can see less than +2 for d5 and more than +4  for Re3.
It does not use null move and 23-38 seconds are needed
to find the move.

23 seconds to fail high but my program does not play fail high
moves withous solving the fial high.
