There isn't a need for moderators if anytime a questionable post comes up we have a big discussion about it. Why did we go thru an election, with you folks telling us your thoughts on moderation? It was to have the moderators act, without putting *every* decision in front of the group. Just delete posts with profanity, like you said you would. And tell the poster that any more similar posts will result in expulsion. Will
