This is interesting but not straight forward. Fritz 7 and probably the version of Hiarcs being used are not currently on the SSDF list. However, using Hiarcs 7.32's rating and an estimate for Fritz 7 based on results elsewhere, Gulko's tpr comes out within 50 points of his FIDE rating. This seems like a reasonable correlation for such a small sample.
