R. Fischer and L. Barden vs. GM J. Penrose and P Clarke London, 1961 [D}v8/p1rbk1p1/5p1p/R1PBp2P/2K1P1P1/5P2/8/8 w - - 0 47 After 47...Ke7 The above noted position occured on British radio on the BBCs Third Network and appeared in print in 'Chess Treasury of the Air', pages 124-132, edited by Terence Tiller. This was a game with two players on each side of the board. Black's opinion was the game is a draw and would no longer move, Fischer flatly rejected the draw. Fischer stated: "What's the matter with you guys - are you dreaming or something?" Adjudication for the game was sought. MY QUESTION: Play the role of adjudicator and tell me what you think! Is it a draw? What is the best line? Warning: This is extremely challenging!!
