You can check by opening explorer locating the file Fritz 7.eng which should be
in your Chessbase\engines directory and right click on the file, highlight
properties and left click it. Click on version and the latest is 7,0,0,6
sometimes called 7b.

The latest interface path is Jan 22, 2002 so it seems you should have the latest
engine.
