If you are interested to test it against my program(movei) I can send you it. It has no opening book or hash tables and it does not ponder but it did not prevent it to win a tournament see http://f11.parsimony.net/forum16635/messages/24144.htm Bewolf was one of the weakest programs in the tournament because it likes to resign in winning positions(without this mistake it could probably win the tournament with 8.5/10 and my program could probably also get 8.5/10 but unfortunately it played too well in one of the games against Bewolf and got a draw). Monarch lost 2 games on time but at least my program had a clear advantage when it happened. I did not look at the game that you posted when I write this post but the fact that faile played well in the endgame is a surprise because I know that faile is weak in the endgame because it often fails to do the king active. I believe that my program is not weaker than faile so if you are interested I may send you my program to test it against palm tiger(I consider palm tiger as favourite after it surprised us by beating gaviota and averno that are stronger than my program but my program has chances). Note that I did not test my program against faile with opening book but only against faile without opening book at different time controls but from experience I do not think that opening book is very important when you do not play a match of more than one game Uri
