Note that the game is full of mistakes.

12.Kxh2 is a mistake
(12.Kh1 is needed)

13.Kg3 is the best practical chance but
also not the best move based on Deep Fritz's analysis
and the best for white is the more simple queen sacrifice
13.Kg1 Qh4 14.Qxg4(see analysis of deep fritz at the end of
this post)

bestia could win more easily by 13...h5 after 13.Kg3 but missed it

moves like 18.Kg1 or 18.Nc3 were the best chance of tiger
to stay on the game and 18.Qf3 in the following position
is simply losing a pawn
