It is not a http address. To access (if using netscape), go to Window/Netscape
News in the menu. You need to define a news host, which is something your ISP
usually provides (if using Netvision, use news.netvision.net.il). You can then
subscribe, read and post to about 10,000 newsgroups including r.g.c.c.

Another way which is almost as good is dejanews. Go to www.dejanews.com and use
"My Dejanews" to customize.
