Aparently, MS has bought the CStal project from Chris, and rewrote the whole program in .net (and partially by BASIC and C#), CStal is likely to run on a Pentium V 3.5ghz with 3gb RAM. Unfortunately it is still predicted by some (C)omputer (C)hess (S)pecialist (Thorsten Czub) that CStal wont be probably able to search more than 30-40k nps even on that marvelous piece of machine, and as so (as always) will be a bit crippled. Well, obviously I lost the link. As you can see... pavs ;)
