I've got Rebel Decade 3, and running on P4, 1.3Ghz. windows ME.
The program will only run if I adjust the colors to 16 colors, it
won't work on hi color. Then I have to reboot, it's rather annoying.
I don't mean to look a gift horse in the mouth, but is this problem
being reported by others? ... or am I doing something wrong?
