All that an expert rated player have to do is retract several times against the very best chess programs of today and eventually he will beat the program. Tere have to be a limit as the number of moves during a game that a player could rectract. Another scenario would be a player rated 100 rating points less than his opponent if he is allowed to retract one blunder he could easy match his opponent, and for every 100 points difference the weaker player should be allowed to retract one move. For example if a player who is rated 2100 have to face an opponent who is rated 2300 then he should be allowed to retract two blunders during his games. This would make it fare and a larger number of players could be paired in any given tournament. This is the only way that this new Fischer move could make sense. http://www.chessbase.com/newsdetail.asp?newsid=240
