As a matter of fact I have already started to implement this new move in Chess
Tiger.

I see no reason why human players would be the only ones allowed to use this
move, or why ChessBase would own exclusivity on it, so the next version of Chess
Tiger (version 15.0) will be able to play according to this new rule.

The first human Chess Tiger 15 will challenge is the author of the rule himself.
