Despite the ravings of a few chess brains (who admit they know very little about
computer chess), shorter time controls in a match have always favored the chess
programs versus longer time controls.

I'm very surprised that CC would write something like this, that flies in the
face of all evidence to the contrary, since he is a doctored scientist!
