I think that the fair way to test palm tiger against movei in an 10 game match is to test it at different time control. The way is to play palm tiger against movei from the opening position and in order to prevent repeating the same game twice you can use different time control for different games. You can decide about 20 minutes/40 moves,30 minutes/40 moves,45 minutes/40 moves,67 minutes/40 moves,100 minutes/40 moves and in this case I guess that the probability for identical games is almost 0. I see based on the pgn that in the last game the time control was 1800/40+1800/40+1800 and my engine was also tested only at time control of 1800/40+1800/40+1800/40+1800/40 forever(if it assumed 1800/40 forever insteead of that time control it may cause significant problems only in long games of significantly more than 80 moves and it did not happen in the last game). You can give palm tiger an opening book or not give it an opening book but I guess that the opening book is not going to give palm tiger more than 50 elo. Uri
