Retaining the timecontrol does provide some sort of comparison with Gulko's
performance albeit the program lineup has changed slightly. The limited starting
fee and result oriented bonus system probably doesn't encourage a GM to play for
several hours.

There could have been a few extra game given the space in the schedule. But
Smirin may have other commitments.
