It's a classic threat of mate problem with the pawn promotion twist. Normally ChessMaster is The King of these positions (pun intended!!) but on my 750 MHz P3 notebook it found b6+ in 1 min 14 secs. I've been a fan of HIARCS since version 6 so I'm really looking forward to the new release! If I were you I'd post more similar positions just to whet the appitites of the punters here at CCC!!
