After seeing chest output, and after seeing the gandalf output from a position
posted little time ago (Shirov-Krasenkov) it sounds like Gandalf also has a
problem to announce a correct number of moves after seeing checkmate. It is ok
to announce a higher number, but it is never ok to announce a lower one.
This seems to be a recurrent problem among several (most?) of the commercial
engines. IIRC, Fritz and Junior have shown problems in some positions too.
Of course, this has nothing to do with strength.
